Na Pali Coast at Kauai Hawaii

On the Northwest coast of Kauai is The Na Pali Coast. The Na Pali Coast is about 15 miles long with incredible 4,000 foot cliffs. The Na Pali Coast is isolated from the rest of Kauai because of its steep mountain cliffs dropping to the ocean. Only very fit and experienced hikers can manage to get to this area by foot. To hike to it you can take the Kalalau Trail, but it will take the full day just one way. The most practical way to see The Na Pali Coast is by air or boat. A helicopter tour is the easiest way to see The Na Pali Coast. Many like to see it by boat the way ancient Hawaiians did.
